Ms. Cole has worked at Winchester City Public School since 2003 as a physical education teacher at John Handley High School and Daniel Morgan Middle School. Along with teaching, she has been involved greatly in our middle and high school athletics. She coached varsity volleyball for 13 years, coached JV & middle school volleyball for 5 years, and coached JV softball for 6 years. In her free time, she enjoys coaching her daughter’s sports teams and spending time with her family. Ms. Cole began as Dean of Students for 10th-12th grades in 2024.

Mr. Dorsey has worked at Winchester City Public Schools since 2014 as a Civics and Economics teacher at Daniel Morgan Middle School. Prior to working at Daniel Morgan Middle School, Mr. Dorsey was a Social Studies teacher in Pinellas County, Florida, for eight years. In addition to teaching, Mr. Dorsey has served as the Athletic Director and wrestling coach at Daniel Morgan Middle School. In his free time, Mr. Dorsey enjoys being with his two kids and family, along with supporting his favorite sports teams during the weekends. Mr. Dorsey began as Dean of Students for Judges IX in 2025.

Mrs. Fradillada was the Coordinator for the Outdoor Adventure Program at Old Dominion University while finishing her MSEd in School Counseling. Upon graduation, she worked as the 11th and 12th grade school counselor for four years in North Carolina and coached Varsity Girls Basketball for one year. She was hired as a school counselor at John Handley High School in 2017 and accepted the position of Director of School Counseling in 2023. She passed her National Board for Public Teaching Standards in School Counseling in 2017 and is a Nationally Certified Counselor.

Mr. Timmons began teaching math at Handley in 2014. During that time, he also coached baseball, volleyball, and worked as the event coordinator. Since 2019, he has been an Assistant Principal, leading initiatives such as the Judges IX program, coordinating school-wide testing, managing building operations, and overseeing student success efforts. Mr. Timmons began as the Director of Student Activities in 2025.
